The Kessler CineSlider™ is a heavy duty portable mini-dolly / linear slider system for camera rigs weighing up to 80 pounds. Weighing in at only 10 pounds, with a length of 40.5 inches ¹⁾, 5 inches wide, and a total camera travel distance or 35.5 inches ²⁾, the CineSlider is a very portable solution to get those quick, smooth short-run dolly movements, without having to transport a large dolly system. Features include drag control and locking, handle with adjustable arc diameter for ultimate movement control, smooth rolling precision stainless steel ball bearing Delrin wheels, and multple mounting options.

The CineSlider™ can be center mounted flush to the Kessler Hercules 2.0 head (mounts to 100mm or 75mm bowl tripod legs) to achieve panning and tilting movements, center mounted to a 100mm or 75mm bowl tripod with the optional Ball Mount Kit, or support from both ends with a combination of a standard tripod / fluid head or lightstand or monopod.

There is not much maintenance needed really, except to keep the rails as clean as possible. If you every get debris stuck to the wheels you can try laying a “wet nap” or any thin wet cloth over the rail and then roll the cart over it to clean the wheel. You can also try compressed air to blow it out. If you ever get a nick in the composite portion of the rail you can try to “lightly” sand the imperfection out with fine sand paper. If the cart ever becomes lose to the rail you can adjust it by following the instructions of this video.
